Omakase @ sushi masaaki

Singapore - 2020 will always be remembered as the year Covid-19 brought the world to a standstill.  We are still reeling from Covid-19 with today's tally at 71,919,725 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 1,623,064 deaths, reported by WHO. What a coincidence that the last time I posted was 15 December 2019 (exactly 1 year ago). Today, I went for a Omakase lunch @ $120++ it was expensive and the meal was delicious - small portions but very fresh that melt in my mouth. The meals were like fine art and extremely delicious.   The 2nd course was the sea urchin which was so sweet.  Then the sushi one at a time. The right was the tuna toro.  A unique type of Maki sushi - rolled it yourself sushi Mochi  Special scoop of ice cream

Sidecar Vespa tour

Singapore - We rode in vintage vespa scooters around the Katong and Joo Chiat Road.  The 1hr tour was very memorable and scenic and we rode around the Peranakan town.   Willy and Glen Anthony, Clifford and Daryl all 6 of us in the line up Our vespas and street art Colourful Peranakan houses Night soil  Night soil workers will collect the buckets of shit during old Singapore - not that night soil hole has been sealed up for good. We are very lucky that it rained at the end of our 1hr tour - so we ran into a coffee and watch as the Vespa side car started to collect water.   It was a good and enjoyable tour.
