Hong Kong - Lunch was a long queue to enter this famous Tim Sum restaurant. There was a queue forming up to enter the lift to the 2nd Fl. When the lift door opened, what greeted us what a crowded and noisy eating place. This place is so famous that people were piling into this restaurant and we have to share a table with 2 groups of strangers.

Hong Kong - It is really sad to see many famous Cantonese wanton noodle shops have closed like the Wing Wah noodle shop due to the Covid and the high rental.
Clifford and myself went to Tasty, a Michelin restaurant located at IFC Mall. A very upmarket shopping mall that is linked to HK station.

I ordered bowl of wanton noodles, unfortunately the restaurant ran out of their popular dry wanton noodles but the soup wanton noodles is just as good. It was served with smooth noodles balanced between succulence and elasticity; the wanton fillings with prawns and pork; and topped with very savoury and mouthwatering soup.

The beef brisket was 'heavenly' and it just melted in my mouth. This is one of my favourite cantonese dish.

This is one of the largest scallops I had and it was so succulent, fresh and delicious.
Hong Kong - The flight to Hong Kong was packed but it was a smooth flight. Checked in to my hotel and was upgraded to a beautiful view of the harbour at Sai Wan.
