Lin Heung Kui - famous Tim Sum restaurant - Michelin

Hong Kong - Lunch was a long queue to enter this famous Tim Sum restaurant.  There was a queue forming up to enter the lift to the 2nd Fl.  When the lift door opened, what greeted us what a crowded and noisy eating place.   This place is so famous that people were piling into this restaurant and we have to share a table with 2 groups of strangers.   Location: 2-3F, 40-50 Des Voeux Road West, Hong Kong Tim sum trolley dishes from the trolley The beef ball tim sum and the Loh Mai Kai - steam glutinous rice with chicken covered with lotus leaf.  Fried chestnut cake My first time trying this dish and it was a bit oily but tasty. Tasty restaurant @ IFC Mall

Hong Kong - It is really sad to see many famous Cantonese wanton noodle shops have closed like the Wing Wah noodle shop due to the Covid and the high rental.    Clifford and myself went to Tasty, a Michelin restaurant located at IFC Mall.   A very upmarket shopping mall that is linked to HK station.    Famous Tasty restuarnt I ordered bowl of wanton noodles, unfortunately the restaurant ran out of their popular dry wanton noodles but the soup wanton noodles is just as good.  It was served with smooth noodles balanced between succulence and elasticity; the wanton fillings with prawns and pork; and topped with very savoury and mouthwatering soup. Wanton noodles   Beef brisket  The beef brisket was 'heavenly' and it just melted in my mouth.  This is one of my favourite cantonese dish. Black sesame desert Handmade and smooth black sesame desert and it was perfect to the taste, no chemical taste of cheap and package version.
