Tokyo - Terry brought me to this quaint and small restaurant in downtown Ginza -
Kuroson. Surprisingly, the restaurant's patrons sitting next to me were talking about Singapore and out of curosity; Terry asked how many branches they have in Singapore -
Kuroson Singapore. The Chef replied 3 restaurants - Chinatown, Tanglin Mall and Riverside View. They must be doing roaring business.
I was told that the seafood are all from the Shimanto river and it definitely taste good and fresh.

fried on the outside and raw inside |
This is a unique taste of this dish with garnishes that I have not tasted before. The outside of this fish was slight fried and inside was raw - this gave a different taste. I need to find out what this fish. was..

Fried fish with messed cucumber |
There were so many different fishes that I could not catch all the Japanese names...

Soju with ginger |
This drink with ginger gave a tangy taste to this Soju liquor.

A favourite Japanese dish |
I saw how this dish was prepared by the Chef. This is a Brinjal or Egg plant dish - boiled and the purple skin slowly peeled and served to us.
