Action Motion with Singapore team

Singapore - I had a real workout with the Singapore team at Action Motion.  It was so much fun and by the end of the 2hrs I was totally depleted. There were 25+ high intensity obstacles and some was really tough to clear. Start of the obstacle course rock climbing

Iketeru @ Hilton Hotel Sentral, KL

Kuala Lumpur - I was hankering for a good Japanese food and Hilton Sentral has an award winning restaurant on the 5th floor.   I was at this restaurant 3 and half years ago just before the pandemic hit on 15 July, 2019 .   The food still tasted good. Lunch set The lunch set comes with sushi, steak, cold soba, salad, Chawanmushi and fruits. Delicious sushi tender sliced beef It was a good meal and was the only person in the restaurant as it was slightly past their lunch crowd.  The waiters weren't attentive and had to call for service for green tea refilled and for the fruits to be served.

Niju Coffee Hub @ PJ SS2

Kuala Lumpur - For coffee lovers and artisan coffee drinkers, this is a place to go to chill and have a good cup of coffee.  This coffee house was newly open on 10/10 last year inline with the opening of the country.  I met Edward and Donny for breakfast, and had a meal that was crafted out because they ran out of Brioche bread, and improvised with burger bread. My egg burger with Cappuccino I had a good time with Edward and Donny.

Durians galore

Kuala Lumpur - I had a great time with Donny and Edward eating my favourite fruit - Durians.  The smell of durians was just irresistible to me. The prices in KL is above half the prices in Singapore, some of the fruits are even priced much less.  The ultimate to go Durian is Musang King or Mao Shan Wang.   This fruit has an extremely creamy and rich taste. Butter King or D88 Musang King We ate the Butter King first (lower quality) to higher quality or bitter sweet to very sweet and creamy.

Japanese Ice Plant

Kuala Lumpur - I saw 'Japanese Ice Plant' on the menu of this restaurant - hmm what's this, let's try. Japanese Ice Plant salad A very nice blend of flavours in this salad dish.  The Japanese ice plant was crunchy, juicy with sweet, sour taste of the sauce.  The small chili added some spicy to this dish.  The fried shrimps gave some crunchiness with the onions.    What are Japanese ice plant? Or Tsuburina is a herb that originates from arid regions such as the Namib Desert in South Africa.

Le Meridien @ Sentral

Kuala Lumpur - It was a crowded Scoot flight to KL, with a slight delay but on a whole it was smooth.  I like staying in Hotels at Sentral area because of the convenience of the KLIA Express that brings me straight from KLIA2 terminal to Sentral station.   Just a short 10 minutes walk and I reach the Hotel - a wonderful experience after arriving from an air flight. Nice and comfy room Bathroom overlooking Kuala Lumpur city Breakfast on the 33rd floor The lounge breakfast was simple not as a wide spread buffet but it was quiet for me to do my work.
