A very nice blend of flavours in this salad dish. The Japanese ice plant was crunchy, juicy with sweet, sour taste of the sauce. The small chili added some spicy to this dish. The fried shrimps gave some crunchiness with the onions.
What are Japanese ice plant? Or Tsuburina is a herb that originates from arid regions such as the Namib Desert in South Africa.
