Best Eel dinner ever!!

Seoul - I flew from Tokyo to Seoul and it was a short business trip but tonight dinner was really good - BBQ Eel... Chaeyun in front of this Eel restaurant edible deep fried Eel bones Koreans never waste anything even the bones of the Eel are deep friend and serve as snacks. Dipped the BBQ eel into the (red sauce in the picture) Chili bean sauce and wrapped it lettuce and mint leaf and put it into your mouth.  Yummy delicious...

Kuroson - original from Ginza

Tokyo - Terry brought me to this quaint and small restaurant in downtown Ginza - Kuroson .   Surprisingly, the restaurant's patrons sitting next to me were talking about Singapore and out of curosity; Terry asked how many branches they have in Singapore - Kuroson Singapore .  The Chef replied 3 restaurants - Chinatown, Tanglin Mall and Riverside View.  They must be doing roaring business. I was told that the seafood are all from the Shimanto river and it definitely taste good and fresh. entrance shashimi and more to come fried on the outside and raw inside This is a unique taste of this dish with garnishes that I have not tasted before.   The outside of this fish was slight fried and inside was raw - this gave a different taste.   I need to find out what this fish. was..
