Singapore - This morning, I had the pleasure of walking with Edmund Lim at Bidadari Park, the newest green space in Singapore. We started our walk around 7:45 a.m., ready to explore this beautiful oasis. As we entered the park, I pointed out Alkaff Lake, a tranquil body of freshwater that serves as a flood prevention measure for the area. The lake is a key feature of the park, adding a serene ambiance with its still waters reflecting the lush greenery.

As we strolled along the winding pathways, I jokingly told Edmund that Bidadari Park was much nicer than his home turf, Bishan Park. Being the proud "Bishaneer" that he is, Edmund laughed it off but didn’t argue much.
I enjoyed the playground....
The beauty of Bidadari was undeniable, with its carefully curated landscape, peaceful surroundings, and well-designed walking paths. The beauty of Bidadari was undeniable, with its carefully curated landscape, peaceful surroundings, and well-designed walking paths.
After our walk, we decided to head for breakfast at an Indian stall nearby. We enjoyed a hearty meal of dosai.
