Air Force Museum of Singapore

Singapore - On May 21, 2025, I embarked on a journey to the Singapore Air Force Museum located at 400 Airport Road, adjacent to Paya Lebar Air Base.  This visit gave me a rich history of the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF). The museum, established in 1988 and relocated to its current premises, offers a comprehensive look into the evolution of Singapore's air defense capabilities .

The entrance is adorned with the RSAF emblem, symbolizing the pride and dedication of Singapore's airmen and women. The museum's layout is thoughtfully designed, featuring both indoor and outdoor galleries that cater to visitors of all ages.

A-4SU Super Skyhawk: This aircraft symbolises the RSAF's commitment to modernisation, featuring significant upgrades from its predecessor

The first level focuses on the personal stories and experiences of RSAF personnel. Through interactive displays and multimedia presentations, I learned about the daily lives, challenges, and triumphs of those who have served.

Ascending to the second level, I encountered exhibits highlighting the technological progress of the RSAF. Interactive displays allowed me to engage with various aircraft systems and understand the complexities of modern air defense.

Admission: Free for all visitors, including Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, and international tourists.
