Ben restaurant @ KLCC

Kuala Lumpur -  For lunch @ KLCC, Edward took me to Ben restaurant @ KLCC mall.   Ben is both the name of the owner - Benjamin Yong and and first initial of the BIG Group.  Well, I think because he is BIG, it's obvious to call his company BIG too. The good at Ben's is Malaysian fusion dishes that blends the common food of rojak into something more atas (high class). Rojak Portobello mushroom spaghetti  This spaghetti was cooked the way I like it perfect and the cream sauce was nicely blended with lots of different mushroom.

Four Seasons Dragon City restaurant (Shunde)

Kuala Lumpur - This would be my first time tasting Shunde cuisine - hail from China but tasted it in Kuala Lumpur.  I did a search on google on Shunde and was amazed that this cuisine was recognised as UNESCO and a precursor of all Cantonese food.  Wow! Shunde is a district in the city of Foshan in the Pearl River Delta, Guangdong Province, China. Shunde was recently awarded the title “City of Gastronomic” by UNESCO. Many famous Cantonese chefs hailed from Shunde. In fact, Shunde may have well been the precursor of Cantonese cuisine as suggested in the Chinese saying ‘eat in Guangzhou from a Shunde kitchen’. Kuala Lumpur - I was pleasantly surprise that the Garden Hotel decided to upgrade me to 1-room apartment @ the Garden Residences.   It will be my first time at this executive apartment and was located at another block linked in between by the Garden Mall. Living room Bedroom It was a big room for just one person - furthermore the sofa can be converted to a bed.  This was more ideal for a family stay.    The plus was that they have a very big, nice and 24hr gym.
