Singapore - F1 race is in town and many roads in Singapore are closed or diverted. After dropping off my son for his lessons, I went to
Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall Singapore and it is one of Singapore's national monument.
This building was originally called 'Wan Qing Yuen' and was bought by Teo Eng Hock for his mother in 1905 as her retirement home in her twilight years. He later offer the villa to Dr Sun for his revoluntionary activities. It was in this villa that Dr Sun planned three uprisings before the successful Wuchang Uprising of 1911.

At 3pm, a museum docent took the trouble to explain the significance of each painting and made it very interesting. I did enjoy my museum walk around @ Sun Yat Sen memorial hall.
