Ikan Bakar Cianjur @ Jalan Ciepete - a Favourite Sundanese restaurant

Jakarta - Ikan Bakar Cianjur started their business in 1989, with humble beginning in a small town named Cianjur, West Java.  Their dishes consistency in serving quality and tasty Sundanese food and traditional Indonesian food.  Over the years, they have expanded to many major cities across the country.

Karedok

Karedok is a raw vegetable salad from the Sundanese region of West Java, Indonesia, featuring a peanut sauce dressing, and typically includes ingredients like long beans, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and eggplant.  It was served with fresh vegetables and very delicious and tasty.

Udang Tumis Pete

This is a popular Indonesian dish of stir-fried prawns (udang) with petai, also known as stink beans, cooked in a spicy sambal sauce.

Nasi Liwet

Nasi liwet is a traditional Indonesian rice dish, particularly from Solo, Central Java, where rice is cooked in coconut milk, chicken broth, and fragrant herbs and spices, resulting in a rich and aromatic dish.

Nila Tim

Fresh water tilapia steamed in chinese style light soy sauce and scallions.  The tilapia does not have a fishy smell and tasted fresh and delicious.  One of the best steamed tiapia dishes I have had.
