Dinner @ Hog Island Fish Camp

Dunedin, Florida - My second time to this sea food restaurant "Hog Island Fish Camp" and today was very crowded.   I had to sit outside in the warm weather.   I ordered the Ahi Tuna grilled with stir fried vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.

Wow! it was seared and left a pink coloured flesh of a very fresh 'sashimi' grade tuna.  It was so very juicy and delicious.  It also came with a mango and orange sauce which I can drop to taste.  Just the grilled tuna was good enough.  I cleared the plate as it was really good.
