Lunch @ Olde Bay Cafe

Dunedin, Florida - I walk to the Dunedin marina and had to try fresh seafood and came across this seafood restaurant - Olde Bay Cafe.   None of the seafood is fried, they are seared on a cast iron skillet.   I ordered the today's catch "Corvina".  Corvina is a white firm fish similar to sea bass. It has a mild, sweet taste with firm, large flaked flesh. Pinkish when raw, but cooks up white.

Lunch
The lunch was a 6oz Corvina fish seared with a thinly crisp on the crush and it was succulent and tender.   The avocado was fresh with fresh vegetables are blanched and sprinkled with spices.   I really good and delicious lunch.   I definitely will come back here again.
