We started our meal with some Turkish bread and a mixed appetisers, including hummus, baba ganoush, etc. Each dish was bursting with flavour, and I could taste the freshness of the ingredients used.

There is a layer of cheese, usually a white cheese such as mozzarella or ricotta, is then placed on top of the dough. Another layer of the shredded dough is then placed on top of the cheese, followed by a final layer of cheese. Finally, it is topped off with Vanilla ice-cream. A heavenly treat.
