Berlin - We woke up at 8AM, had a hearty breakfast. By 9.30am we book a Bolt taxi to Czech central railway to catch our train to Berlin. We will be in Berlin for 10 days.

I took out the extension cord and we plug in to charge all our handphones. The seats are reserved and our train ride was smooth and took 4 1/2hrs to reach Berlin.

Berlin with an area of 892 square kilometres, Berlin is nearly nine times the size of Paris and larger than Singapore 734 sq km. Despite its enormous size, Berlin does not feel overwhelmingly large, which is due to its population density. Berlin population sits at around 3.577m.

It was nice to have a large mall opposite our hotel. The Gesundbrunnen station is served by tramways, many S-Bahn lines and U-Bahn.
