Hong Kong island - Hongkong is famous for their tim sum and also their roasted goose. The most famous roasted goose restaurant is
Yung Kee. We order a small portion since it is only Lesley and myself.

The nearer dish is pomeleo skin of which I throw away and only eat the pomeleo fruit. Yung Kee showed their Chef skilled by preparing a succulent pomeleo skin dish. It tasted different from what I have tasted before.
The further dish is the famous roasted goose. Once you finish your first bite of the roasted goose, you want to pick up another piece and put it into your mouth. It is so succulent and well roasted.

Roasted Pork - char siew |
The waitress pour a sauce over the roasted pork and the taste was not pleasant to me. I just did not like the taste of the sauce and could not finish the dish. I like how char siew is being prepared in Singapore with sweet caramel sauce.
