Commonly called Soon Hock or in English would be 'Marble Goby'. Since the restaurant is having a promotion on this fish, we choose our catch from this bucket.

Very delicious and the flesh is so succulent and just simply melt in your mouth....yummy. Cantonese style of steaming with light soya sauce and garnish with spring onions and chinese parsley.

Another ingenious receipe from Malaysia which is the salted egg crab. Lightly salted and deliciously stir fried to taste the softness of the crab meat.
