Ho Chi Minh City - Just a short walk from my hotel is a restaurant Chi Hoa. Chị Hoa has a wide variety of Vietnamese home cooked style meal that captures the essence of Vietnamese cuisine.
We were the first patron of the day and slowly near lunch time, the whole floor was packed.
Unlike the street hawker's Baan Mi, it was a bit bland with no liver pate, no ham, no spices and mayo.
