Bangkok - Lesley introduce us to Arno Steak which prides on dry aged beef steak. We ordered the 45 days 300g rib eye steak.

My mistake was to have the steak on a hot plate - it should be on a wooden plate. The hot plate cooked the steak so fast that it became well done.
