Siem Reap - We decided to eat Greek today and the food was very good and fresh. As we were deciding what to eat on the menu, the Chef pop by and say 'let me recommend for you' and his choices was delicious.

This salad was so fresh with delicious cheese spread out over, olives, tomatoes, basil and was just yummy.

| Mixed dips with Pilo bread |
We had 5 dips of Tzatziki (mixed of yogurt, cucumber, garlic, extra virgin olive oil), Hummus, Eggplant dip, Beetroot and Olive paste.

| Spanakopita |
Spanakopita is made from Greek filo pastry with spinach, feta cheese, spring onion and chili.

| Mousaka |
Mousaka is traditional baked casserole of minced beef, egg plant, potato, bechamel sauce (sauce traditionally made from a white roux and milk) and cheese.
Also had a drink called Aryan which is made from yogurt mixed with salt and served cold
