Bangkok - We found this quaint small Japanese restaurant inside Takashimaya - Omakase Don. The manager was a friendly guy and patiently introduce the menu to us.

The special thick solid orange egg yolk mixed with rice and sashimi tasted so good and delicious.
A Mont Blanc (or Mont-Blanc aux marrons, in Italian, Monte Bianco) is a dessert of sweetened chestnut (in this case it was purple sweet potato) purée in the form of vermicelli, topped with whipped cream. This is a Japanese sweet potato Mont-Blanc.
