Cologne - I went to the Cologne triangle observation deck - it gave me a 360 view of the city of Cologne.

The Cologne Triangle is 103 meters (339 feet) tall. The south facade features a double facade which allows for natural ventilation. The building is shaped in the form of a Realeaux triangle and has three convex arched sides around a round center.
The observation deck is on the 28th floor.
