Kuching - Today will be my 2nd trip to here and today with my partner we will be meeting UniMAS (University of Malaysia, Sarawak). The AirAsia flight to Kuching was 10 mins ahead of schedule arriving close to 1PM and the immigration and custom was a breeze.
At 2PM, we set off to UniMAS for our meeting and the campus was huge and the weather was scorching hot.

After a good meeting, we went for an early dinner @ Quince restaurant located at
Saradise Kuching. This is a 272 acres township with a number of good restaurants.
Quince restaurant is a seafood restaurant located in this township.

This dish was really delicious and was my first time trying emperor noodles - it was best to eat it when it first serve after a while the slight crispiness of the noodles wear off and it became soggy. But it was really good.

2nd time trying this dish and still love the taste and texture of the vegetable, with a slight spiciness of the belacan.

This was the name of this dish on their menu - it was delicious and tasty. The crabs are not Sri Lanka crabs but locally caught.
