Kuching - went to Gala city for dinner. The last time Edmund and I came here it was a dead city with few stalls opened. One of the few nice stalls was a desert place and now it has changed to offer much more deserts.

It was freshly made with the textual a bit course which is original. The packet sesame desert is much finer and also has other ingredients to preserve that is not good for the body.

For dinner, I had salt baked chicken - it would be nicer if it was hot.

| Gala corner food court There are many food stalls at this food court. Back at the hotel, I went to the bar at the top and the view was awesome with fire crackers going off in every direction in the city.   Beautiful night view of Kuching city. |
