Kuching Waterfront, spread across 900 metres along the southern bank of Sarawak River, is the most iconic place in Kuching. The waterfront is lined with hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, entertainment areas and various historically significant buildings making it one of the most popular attractions
Along the Waterfront |
I walked into Plaza Medeka Mall and it was crowded. Sat down at a Soya Bean stall for a cold desert.

Takeaway |
As the stall is closing, they were only allowed to serve takeaways but you are able to sit down and have this desert. This silky Soya Bean was filled to the brim and had 3 different toppings of my choosing - red bean, tapioca and grass jelly. On the right is Soya bean water which I poured into the Soya bean. On the right is Gula Apong (Nipah Palm sugar).
